Title: DRP Files Missing from Blackmagic Cloud – Need Help

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Blackmagic Cloud server. My DRP files have suddenly disappeared. I’ve already tried updating and restarting my plan, but the files are still not showing up.

I’m not sure if it’s a system issue on my end or something on Blackmagic’s side.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any idea what I can do to recover the missing files?
