"Unknown Error" When Selecting a Plan
I’m trying to select a Blackmagic Cloud plan in DaVinci Resolve, but I keep getting an "Unknown Error" message that says:
"Selecting a Blackmagic Cloud plan is currently unavailable due to an unknown error. Please check back again later."
I asked a network specialist to check my network, and there were no issues at all. I'm using a Mac with an M4 chip running Mac OS 15.5, and I can't find a solution.
