There isn't really 'support' for Cloud questions. Are you on the source machine - hosting all the original files? Or are you on a guest machine, connected via the cloud?
In either case, can you locate the original media on your machine? If it's not on the remote 'guest' machine, then there's now a new command when you right click on media in the edit bin to 'Sync Original Media' which might help. If it's a more stubborn issue, the host editor could drop that original media into a folder on the cloud app page, or send it via a 3rd party file transfer service.
