Hello,
I am part of a live production crew that is just upgrading our studio setup with a new ATEM Television Studio 4K8. With this, I have been working on upgrading our stinger transitions. I have been exporting the stingers as 114 frame .png sequences from Adobe After Effects and loading these sequences into the built-in clip slots on the ATEM.
However, of the 3 stingers I made, only 1 will load correctly into the ATEM. All three were created through an almost identical process in After Effects, all 3 were exported the same way (with the frames named in chronological order: "NormalStinger_000##" for example), and all three were loaded into the ATEM the same way.
The 2 that don't work correctly play in an odd order when the stinger transition is used; they start at about the middle of the sequence, get to the last frame middle of the way through the transition, and then play through the remaining frames (that are supposed to be at the beginning) back to the middle. So, the transition just ends in the middle of the stinger and then abruptly pops off the screen when the key turns off.
Is there something I'm overlooking? Or is there another way I should be doing this? I appreciate all the assistance. Thanks!
