Multiview as NDI on ATEM Mini Pro

Is it possible to somehow convert the HDMI OUT port to an NDI source? Also if I need to buy any piece of equipment please do not suggest buying something that costs hundreds, our budget is tight at the moment.

This is what you need. It converts HDMI to NDI and the reverse. At sub $200 it is pretty inexpensive for what it does.
