Hi, Guys. I need your help immediately.
I used a HD550 for livestream to use vMix-my company 's job is Shareholder meetings's live streaming service.- and that is work normally.
But a few days ago, Blackmagic DeckLink Mini isn't input HDMI signal.
Not only HDMI port also SDI port!!!
All input signal isn't.
First, I checked my camera - It is SRG-X400 by Sony - that is still work.
Second, I changed HDMI line, but the signal isn't too.
Can you help me, please.
