HDMI HYDERDECK SHUTTLE HD NOT OUTPUTTING ANY SIGNAL.

Hi,
I own a hyperdeck shuttle HD which I use with an atem mini. Recently I upgraded to atem mini Pro and the hyperdeck shuttle HD now is unable to output to any monitor, no signal. I please need assistance to fix this issue.

I have a similar issue but with the ATEM mini Pro stand alone. I had been running out of a computer with the Decklink Monitor to the HDMI to SDI to Sony Projectors. We added the ATEM Pro for inputing the life stream to the projectors and being able to send to an over flow room. But nothing goes to the projectors through the ATEM. If I plug the HDMI into the convertor it shows up, just not through the ATEM. not sure and BlackMagic couldn't help as it displays on a computer monitor when tested so they said "it is working" even though their codec or something is preventing through.
