Autoroll on Hyperdeck Studio Mini

Odd one. I have a Hyperdeck Studio Mini installed - mostly for recording but for occasional use to play opening titles, closing credits etc. Everything seems correctly set up - the deck is accessible through both the software control and the Broadcast Panel which is part of the system. It also plays files when I trigger them manually. Up till yesterday autoroll also worked fine - autoroll box checked in the relevant software panel (5 frame offset) and 'remote' set to 'on' on the actual deck. Now when I cut to the Hyperdeck with the relevant file cued up ready to play nothing happens. Any ideas?
