Need your help.

Hi there,
I'm helping out a friend with upgrading his setup, he has an old Panasonic camcorder and a NewTek tricaster studio tc350 i need to find something that has mic inputs and camera input, and also a new camera! give me all the tips and tricks, the budget is $12,000. i have zero clue on any of this.

There is lot of posibilies .. It deppend from his needs .. How many cameras ? Studio or external work ? etc ..

1 camera, studio work. needs 4 mic inputs but could use more in the future.
