Tally Light in iOS device

PostThu Jul 22, 2021 3:59 am

Greeting All!

I've noticed not everyone familiar with the tally light system and would like to have a try with their ATEM switcher. I've implemented a simple but useful tool for iOS devices.

All you have to do is to connect via ATEM switcher's IP Address from the iOS devices and you can use the tally light system from the iOS devices. Simply mount the devices to the camera with whatever you have.

Feel free to drop a message if you notice any problems with your switcher or having some ideas to make it better!

Be advice all, the ATEM's are very sensitive to wifi network dropouts.
The system is not capable to override a disconnection, instead, count every reconnection as a new one.
After a while, the ATEM is flooded of new connection and hang out.
This is specially bad in ATEM mini's, which turns irresponsive.
Seems like the biggest ATEM's have the capacity to reset the connections and only do a brief go and come back
