ATEM Mini Pro
Hello everyone, I have the following problem and need your help...
System information:
1x Mac Book Pro M2 Max 96GB
6x Canon Legria HF70 camera
3x ATEM Mini Pro
1x Elgato Stream Deck XL
1x Yamaha mixer
1x external monitor
1x USB HUB 60W
OBS Studio
Problem 1
We use this system for live broadcasts of darts. One camera on the player, one on the thrower and one for the backcourt.
If you want to broadcast to more than one dartboard, you need an ATEM Mini Pro for each camera setting. For example, one ATEM is only for the cameras that are aimed directly at the dartboard, one only for the player camera and one ATEM for the cameras for the backcourt or other cameras.
So far so good. On the Mac and in OBS, I also see three BlackMagic devices. In the ATEM Camera Control software, I can assign a name to all three and differentiate between them, but when I switch through, the same one always responds, even if I select a different ATEM Mini. That seemed strange to me.
All ATEMs are connected to the Mac via USB C with a 60W USB HUB.
Is it generally not possible to use more than one ATEM Mini Pro per PC?
Could the USB HUB possibly supply too little voltage due to the large number of devices?
Problem 2
The next problem I noticed:
If an ATEM Mini Pro was connected and I connected two video sources. To HDMI 1 and HDMI 2, then I can't see anything when switching to HDMI 2 using the cut function. If I connect the signal to HDMI 1 to test, then it works. What could be the reason for this?
