Hello,
I've been troubleshooting an issue streaming from an ATEM Mini to an ATEM Streaming bridge on the local network. Everything is on the same switch, all cables have been tested, but when I "go live" on the ATEM Mini to the Bridge, the stream comes up and the buffer immediately fills, the video loads for a few seconds and then stutters.
The switch in question is a Cisco C9300-48UXM, fairly basic configuration as it's an isolated network for an event. Everything is Layer 2, same VLAN. No other network equipment.
If I take the same two devices and put them on an unmanaged Linksys switch, they are happy as can be. Move them back to the Cisco switch, can barely get a picture out of them.
I've tried just about everything possible for troubleshooting, there are no interface drops, I've tried several different IGMP configurations just in case they are trying to do multicast on the fly. I've tried bumping the MTU up to 9198, rebooted everything to no avail.
I'm coming from an enterprise network environment and I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around why this all networks on a simple unmanaged switch but falls on it's face on Cisco's top end switch.
Are there any special requirements that these devices need that I can account for on a managed switch? Has anyone else experienced this?
