Hello Everyone!
I am working on a theatrical project using live keying/virtual background.
I am connecting our new Ultimatte 12 4k to our MacBook Pro via USB C and it is immediately recognized. I also was able to update its software using this connection and do a factory reset on the Ultimatte unit. However, it is not recognized (it doesn't show up) in the control software. There are no units to select. When I open software control, there IS an interface, but all the fields are empty.
In addition, from the same laptop I was trying to run an HDMI signal (using the laptop's HDMI port) to a mini converter and tried to plug it in into the Ultimatte's BG IN. It does not see a signal. (I verified the signal by plugging it in into the BM ATEM switcher directly and it appeared immediately.)
I don't know where to go from here. Thanks!
