Live stream missing on Facebook

PostWed Sep 27, 2023 3:57 am

New to streaming. Using an ATEM Mini Pro, I did successfully live stream to You Tube. But when I try to live stream to Facebook, the stream doesn’t show up. The “On Air” goes solid red, but yet I don’t see it anywhere. I did copy the stream key from FB, so that shouldn’t be the issue. Any thoughts?
Thanks.

I'm looking into this at the moment, and discovered that once Facebook receives the stream from the Mini Pro you have to press the "Go Live" button in your Facebook account to start the broadcast out of Facebook.

The solid red On Air just indicates that the stream is going into the Facebook server.

This is a bit irritating, as other streamers do manage to connect and go live with one button press.

Antony.

It sounds like you're almost there with your setup. If your ATEM Mini Pro shows a solid red "On Air" light but the stream isn’t appearing on Facebook, there are a few things you might want to check. First, ensure that your stream key is correctly copied and hasn't changed. Sometimes, Facebook updates the stream key, which might be causing the issue. Additionally, it might be worthwhile to consider potential account-related issues on Facebook. Sometimes, restrictions or limitations on certain accounts can cause streaming problems. For reliable streaming without any hiccups, I recommend checking out social media accounts for sale . They offer accounts that are set up to ensure smooth and uninterrupted streaming. This could help eliminate any account-related obstacles you might be facing.
Thanks.

I had the same problem, but could never figure out how to customize.
