Hi all, I'm having an issue with my archive's Hyperdeck Shuttle, which looks to be the model released in 2012 (old, I know). We use this for reformatting analogue video tapes to digital in conjunction with a Toshiba 2.5 inch 512GB SSD that should hold about 5 hours of video. Lately we've noticed the card can't hold more than 1 hour and 20 minutes of video before seemingly filling up (record light on the BM flashes and the SSD light flickers), which is well below what it should hold. We've made sure its entirely clear of files before attempting to record but that's made no difference.
As far as I'm aware we don't have the Hyperdeck utility software, so I'm sure installing it and checking everything on that should be our first stop on figuring out the problem. Otherwise, based on what's going on, does anyone have an idea as to whether this could be the Hyperdeck or the SSD acting up? Happy to provide more info if needed.
