I'm having difficulty getting timecode from a Teranex Mini Converter SDI to Audio 12G. (Software version 7.1.4)
The SDI input is coming from an ATEM Constellation 2M/E.
ATEM is displaying Time-of-Day running timecode in ATEM Software Control.
If I record the ATEM output with a Hyperdeck, playback of the resulting clip appears to have the correct timecode.
I have the Teranex DIP switches and Teranex Setup software (connected via USB) set to output Timecode on the right channel.
I CAN hear the ATEM audio on the Left channel XLR Out of the Teranex.
If I switch the Teranex Setup software to have both XLR outputs set to Analog, I get ATEM audio from both XLR outputs. Switching back to send Timecode to XLR Right results in dead silence from the right XLR out.
I'm expecting to hear the "grinding noise" of LTC with this connected to an audio mixer, but getting complete silence, no signal. None of my timecode reader/receiver devices are recognizing timecode from the right XLR. (Tried Ambient Devices clock slate and Atomos UltraSync One devices with native/purchased XLR Timecode connection cables)
Any thoughts/suggestions on this?
