Good morning. I just bought a Hyperdeck Shuttle HD for the essential purpose of broadcasting videos (provided by customers) in an ATEM environment.
All the communication side of driving, auto reading, etc., I understand well and it works very well.
On the other hand, apart from converting everything to ProRes, I can't find the right settings to play mp4, for example.
I read that you had to be in h264 mode in the Record menu to be able to read h264 files. But even if these files have not been saved by the hyperdeck itself (or by the HD8 ISO for example), it does not recognise them. What are the "standards" to be respected when exporting mp4?
Otherwise, I am condemned to convert everything upstream when the client provides videos.
