I will reach out to support this week but wanted to see if anyone else is having issues with the new version of the Decklink 8K Pro G2 card. Using Media Express I can get both in and out OK but when I use it with three different virtual production software programs, Aximmetry, Brainstorm Infinity Set, and Pixotope, all of them fail to either hold the signal or send out the signal.
The card is updated to the latest software and all of these issues are not present when using the older versions of the Decklink 8K card.
