I connect a Canon XF705 camcorder via SDI 12G to Video Assist.
Software version is 3.17.
Record trigger is set to follow the record signal from camcorder via SDI.
Camcorder is set to UHD/50p.
Video Assist does not correctly get triggered. Immediately when connected, it starts recording for about 1 second and then stops shortly and starts recording again for 1 second, etc.
Why is Video Assist not correctly triggered when I press the record button on the camcorder?
This bug is now present for over a year with all software versions of Video Assist.
Any idea?
