ATEM Mini Pro ISO Blurry & Grainy video

Hello, I just got an ATEM Mini Pro & every time I record on it the video looks way blurrier and grainier than it does on preview. It looks great 1080p quality when I'm previewing it. Once I press stop record and view it, the video looks horrible. I do not know how to fix it. I just spent hours reading the manual, changing settings on both the atem & my own cameras still no luck. Does anyone know how to fix this or have had this problem before?

What is your quality setting under streaming options? Set it to Hyperdeck High and see if that makes a difference.
