ATEM PiP setup issues

I'm trying to setup PiP on an ATEM 2 ME Production Studio 4K. I've followed all the steps to setup the DVE. But no matter what source I choose, all I get in the PiP window is snow/ static.
Picture for reference: PGM feed with the PiP, PVW is currently showing the source I want in the PiP.
Does anyone have thoughts on what I'm missing? I've searched some of the BMD forum, but there's a lot to go through and I haven't found anything relevant yet.

I think I have a very similar issue that just started. Same equipment but sending our computer feed to the PiP. We've been running a PiP for a few years now and as of today, no matter what I change the DVE to, it is just a green and magenta colored snow.
I'm curious to see if anyone has any insight or solution.
