Clean Feed

This may come under one of the other topics. But here goes.

Currently we feed Alpha and Key from the ProPresenter computer to 2 M/E Constellation Switcher for lower thirds. We show the camera video on sanctuary screens. Normally we show camera 1 feed on the screens without the lower thirds. They want to show the Multiview output on the screens. Our live streaming shows the lower thirds with scripture verses. We want to show Multiview on the screens without the lower thirds showing. I believe Clean Feed should show this. Selecting clean feed on the 2 M/E Constellation Switcher still shows lower thirds. I have been researching this, but so far, I cannot find out how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

12X12 Smart Video Hub

You want to show the MV on which screens? If you’re talking about the switcher multiview you’d need to select clean feed rather than ME1/2 in the PGM window.

Clean Feed is on ME1 .. Clean Feeds is without DSKs ... On Constelation 2ME , u have 2 Clean Feeds ..
CF 1 have not DSK1, DSK2 .. CF 2 have not DSK2 (DSK1 is included) ..

In Multiview U can add what do U need .. ME1 program , CF1, CF2 ..

Our set up is, we have two screens on each side. One screen is for videos, scripture verses, and song words. The other screen is for live camera outputs, which inputs are switched between our main camera and ME1 output. Currently when ME1 is selected, lower thirds is shown. What we are looking for is that screen not to show the lower thirds, but still show lower thirds on streaming. When I select Clean Feed 1, it still shows lower thirds to the screens. Either I have the hook up wrong or switch settings wrong. I have tried different settings but no luck so far.

You only get a clean feed if you are using one of the DSK (down stream keyer) as your keyer. If you have your lyrics in an USK (Up stream keyer) then it will not work. Check for where your keyer are active. If you are using a USK then you will have a red key next to the button BKD (background) in the middle of the software. If you are using DSK you will have a red button to the right side of the software near the Fade to black button.

Just use a linear key on the DSK, why do you need a chroma key for PP graphics with alpha?
