Atem Not pushing Iris to Ursa Mini Pro

PostMon Nov 18, 2024 3:17 pm

I am running the ATEM Control Software version 9.6.2. I have a profile created to set all of my URSA Mini Pro cameras to an iris setting of 2.4. However when I restore the profile it sets all of the cameras a 1.9 iris. This was working before we updated our ATEM Control Software.

Anyone having this issue or does anyone have a work around. I prefer to control my iris from the ATEM software an not from the camera. Can that no longer be done?

What ATEM hardware are you using and what was the previous version software was it working perfectly with? Have you tried rolling back the software to double-check it is the 9.6.2 software promoting the issue?

I am running the ATEM Television Studio Pro 4K 12G, I am unsure of the old version of ATEM Control Software, but it was about 7 years old.

The crazy thing is the profile no longer sets the iris on the URSAs, but if I just touch the IRIS control in ATEM Control Software (no change, just a touch) it pushes the correct iris setting to the cameras successfully. I don't understand why this doesn't work in the startup state or restore of the profile.
