ATEM Mini extreme No audio

Hello
I have a ATEM Mini extreme that was working great but for so reason the audio just stop working? I have no audio coming out of the HDMI but I do have video. It’s only about eight month old and use about 2 hours each Sunday for the church services. I do have a BlackMagic Mini also that I connection and it works the video and audio so I know that it has to be the Extreme that is not working! Is there any thing that I can do with the Extreme to correct the problem? Thanks Larry

Have you looked in ATEM software control to see what the settings are like in the audio tab?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have looked in the software. What puzzling is the mini works but the extreme will not don’t understand.
