Atem Mini Extreme ISO won’t record yellow/orange light

I was using Sandisk drives successfully with an Atem Mini Extreme ISO. I received a replacement recently and installed the latest software which updated the firmware. The app kept crashing and research told me I wasn’t alone. I had to move back to v9.5 for the app not to crash. Testing ISO record, the drives won’t work. I plug the drives in and there is a green light above record. A yellow or orange light comes on after pressing record and won’t go away until the switcher is restarted. They are formatted exfat and worked on the previous switcher. That switcher and the MacBook Pro I used to control it are gone, so I can’t see which software version I was using when everything worked correctly. Does anyone know the last stable version to work with ISO record (with Sandisk Extreme drives)?

i have the same problem that happened after updating to version 9.5.1 then it stopped recording from the cameras and the indicator changed from green to orange - for now i fixed it by installing the old software 8.6 now it works, i just stop trusting it

Yes, having the same issues since I updated. Absolute headache troubleshooting. Any solution for this yet!?

Finally found a work around by downgrading my switcher to 8.6
