New ATEM 2 M/E Constellation HD Intermittent Stuttering

So basically what the title says, I work with an ATEM switcher and just stepped up from the ATEM 1 M/E Production Studio 4K to the Constellation 2 HD and I've noticed that throughout the show (maybe 4 times in a 6 hour period) the image on output 1 will stutter and almost lag a bit. It is very hard to catch and it only lasts maybe 2 or 3 seconds. I was just curious if this is a known issue or maybe something I should take as a possible issue that I should take care of before my warranty wears out. I also am new to the forums so feel free to let me know if I have this in the wrong place or anything like that.

Never seen this happen on any of the outputs of the ATEM Constellation HD. I've had this when capturing the video output to a laptop (e.g. for streaming) and either the software or the hardware stutters and can't keep up due to background activity or whatever. But not directly out of the ATEM.
