BM Web Presenter HD - Blank Screen, but signal working

I replaced my old Gen 1 BMWP with a new HD Web Presenter (no XLR, only SDI). When I powered it up, the front panel remained blank despite the unit being on and backlit. The menu and set buttons were flashing. I updated the firmware, but no change.

Connected apps detect my signal fine, so its usable, but the front display still shows nothing.

Any idea what's going on?

came into the studio today - display is working fine. Just let it sit overnight. Lol.
