Hi Folks,
I've installed a Decklink Duo 2 and I can get inputs but not outputs. I had outputs working the first day I installed it but the next day I got only the first frame when output was selected in ProPresenter, then it started only giving me nothing. I've reinstalled the drivers and even reinstalled Windows. Still got the same issue. Output is going to a BMD SDI to HDMI receiver. Tried going into our BMD vision mixer, same issue. I can get inputs fine but no output on any channel. Any help appreciated!
Hardware and Software info; Asus Prime X670-P Wifi motherboard with Rx7600 XT GPU in PCIE slot 1 and the Decklink Duo 2 in Slot 3 which is a Gen 4 x 4. CPU is Ryzen 5 7600 X and 32GB DDR5 6000MHz RAM. Windows 11 with all updates installed. ProPresenter 18. Latest version of Decklink Video from BMD website.
