We are recording ISO video and audio from three SONY HXCU-FZ90 to three Hyperdeck Studio 12G's in 4K UHD directly from the CCUs.
The recorded audio is very noisy and sounds over modulated in the saved file. It sounds like it's recorded at the wrong bit depth or sample rate however the camera and recorder seem to set the same: 48Khz 24 bit.
Live audio through three decks sound perfect and all three exhibit the same behavior.
We are using the audio for syncing in post and could use a work around that uses timecode however we would like the iso recording to be clean going forward.
