I am trying to use two Blackmagic 2110 IP Converter 3x3G along with two Blackmagic 2110 IP Mini BiDirect 12G on a network. I have them all connected to a Netgear M4300-16X switch but the devices do not seem to be able to find each other.
Do I need a Blackmagic Ethernet Switch 360p to route the video streams in addition to the Netgear switch? (It looks like the 360P does not provide POE, is that correct?)
