I have a Hypedeck Studio Mini with FW8.1.1.
It has no ethernet connection, I set it to DHCP and it doesn't get an IP, I set it to a fixed IP and I can't get to it from my PC on the same segment. I've already reset it to factory settings and I still have the same problem. The connection LEDs that are on the device's ethernet port, the first one flashes green and amber, the second LED stays fixed on amber.
Physically checking the ethernet port, no damaged pins are visible, so it seems to be physically fine.
What can I do?
