URSA G2,BMConstellation4ME, Clear-Com/Arcadia (Simi-Works)

I work for a company and we use this BM equipment; (URSA G2, Constellation switcher, Camera SMPTE Fiber Converters and Clear-Com/Arcadia), That said we have been trying to figure out how to get Com through the camera.

Here is what we have setup;
We came direct out of Clear-Com via RJ45 to Constellation Talkback (RJ45). I have Studio Fiber Converter Connected to Constellation via SDI IN Ch1. I have Output #15 sending PGM back to Fiber Converter via SDI for Cam Return. I have SMPTE going to G2 Camera Fiber Converter. I have my 5 pin Headset connected to Intercom 1. We have a Helixnet wired com pack connected to the Clear-com system.
I have the Studio Fiber Converter set to SDI/DB25 & Program Audio set to CH1&2.
In the ATEM Control Software I have the following settings, under "Audio" tab & "Talkback" Tab I have the Production Talkback "Enabled on All In&Outs", also on Engineering Talkback "Enabled on All In&Outs", Then I have muted all channels except 1, 2, 15 & 16.
Then on the main page of the software on the "Audio" tab I have "Program 1/2" set to "Program 1/2" and "Program 15/16" set to "Production Talkback".

With all that set, here is what we get out of it. We can hear the person talking on the Eng Channel on the camera but the person on the camera can Not talk back.

My Question, is there a setting in BM Software, Fiber Converter or Clear-Com that needs to be changed to be able to talk and hear on both ends??? :) :) :)

I tried for years to intergrate BM Cameras with traditional COM systems. Its a waste of time. Even if you got it wired correctly, camera operators have to take their hands off the camera to switch the mic on and off. You cant activate via any industy standard method on the zoom controller or thumb button on the lens servo.

Better off running a ethernet cable to the camera positions and using beltpacks.
