Device: ATEM CONSTELLATION 4ME / 4K / Firmware 9.6.2
We ongoing random problems with the network port of a constellation 4k. In complete random moments the network port gets fully blind. No software access, no hardware panel access, no ping response - no more traffic on the switch port.
On the network side (switch) everything is under control and fine - no issues there.
The first time this happened, a restart itself did not help - we needed to connect via USB and deactivate the NTP / Timecode feature in the setup software. So we suspected this relatively new feature to be the problem and we deactivated it. 1 Day later - same story - network blind - but restart helped.
We tried all possible configs with the NTP - with a local NTP Server, with a public NTP Server, NO NTP, not much of a change. The problem stays the same - random loss of network connectivity - which is only reestablished by a restart of the ATEM.
Anyone else encountering same issues?
