Atem Television Studio HD8

We have an Atem Television Studio HD8 and everything works great except for the following problem.

We stream and record live. When we start the stream first, the sound in the recording has a time delay. When we start recording first, the sound in the stream has a time delay.

What we start first is going great. In the second we have an offset.
All delay are switch off. The origin of the input makes no difference.

Does anyone have an idea? Have already tried a few setups. But the problem remains...

Is for Black Magic to release a firmware update for HD8 ISO addressing at least SOME of the issues, or even any?

I have noticed similar issues, along with:
Records that either wont finalize or wont start.
Silently doesnt ISO record if set to interlaced video.
Doesn't support Resolve Replay on ISO because its record files are locked until you end record (unlike the small atems)
Records uncompressed raw audio for all inputs, even MADI ports that are not connected, eating valuable storage.. and they cannot be deleted until you stop recording.
And now my onair/rec button lights simply dont work..for no reason (but the buttons work.. go figure)
No separate control of record bit rate for ISO/main record when streaming (perhaps not as simple fix, but still)

The last firmware seems like long long ago.. and at least some of these things should be simple fixes.
I really hope this is not becoming an abandoned product.. I believe 9.0.2 is still the latest firmware, and we are now up to 9.6.3 - that's a year and a half and 6 minor releases with no fixes..
I have been a customer since the first Decklink.. I have never seen it this bad, and yet somehow I feel out of place for complaining..

And I see that you have not received the courtesy of a reply, even months later.

This is really disgusting behavior by BlackMagic Design. They have taken thousands upon thousands of dollars from all of us for these products, and do not provide even the courtesy of an explanation of what’s going on or a prediction of how it will be fixed.

I see that there was recently a new software release for the HD8 and HD8 ISO. The release notes mention additional features without describing any of the bug fixes that it might potentially incorporate.

If BlackMagic Design has any respect for its customer base at all, perhaps someone will chime in here and tell us what broken elements of the HD8 and HD8 ISO might have been fixed by this release.
