Distorted input on Blackmagic Audio monitor

I have an old (the 6G SDI Version) blackmagic audio monitor that has been out of use for a while. In bringing it back into service, it distorts the audio on the SDI input. It correctly monitors audio on the analog input.

Any suggestions on what may be causing this?
