Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with my ATEM Television Studio HD. After not using it for a while, I tried powering it on and was prompted to update the firmware via ATEM Setup. Unfortunately, the update failed halfway through.
Now, the ATEM doesn’t power on properly:
• No video signal
• The fan doesn’t spin
• Only a solid green LED near the USB port is on
• ATEM Setup no longer detects the switcher (I’ve tried different cables, ports, and computers)
Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a way to manually force a firmware flash or factory reset to bring the unit back to life?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
