No ATEM Mini Extreme G2 SDI?

Anyone else surprised they only announced an HDMI version of the new ATEM Mini Extreme? I can understand it originally taking time to develop the different versions for the G1 but it’s surprising they wouldn’t be ready to do HDMI and SDI at the same time for the G2.

Very surprised. I will purchase the SDI G2 version as soon as it comes out. I really wish they would do a hybrid like the old TV ATEM. Half SDI and half HDMI. We run all the cameras SDI but there is always a computer or two to connect with HDMI and we're using adapters.

Yes I also hoped to see an SDI/HDMI mix for the same reasons.

I would love to see a hybrid version. 3 sdi out 1 hdmi out. 4 sdi and 4 hdmi in. and would love a scaler in at least one hdmi in that can handle some random (apple) craziness. maybe one of the usbc ports for apple portables (not the thunderbolt). And 2 XLRs out (and headphone) would be wonderful, mini xlrs are a great way to keep it small. the new atem as potential to be great for live events especially with resolves replay engine but the lack of sdi and xlr out holds back the use for live venues.
