Hello,
I have a Decklink Duo 2 card on a windows 11 PC. When I try toopen Desktop Video Setup, it noes not completely open. I see its icon appear in the TaskBar but when I Alt-Tab, I just see it's window as white box.
(video input still works with Vmix.)
I've had few problems with sdi inputs. Few times image has gone black but audio still comes in. And few times image has freezed lately. Card was working fine until it was connected with faulty Roland V-160HD mixer. Ihave installed newest desktop video 14.5 anf newest firmware also. Still the same problem.
Is my decklink card defected or does anybody have any ideas how to solve this problem ?
Right now i'm testing and inputs work fine with Vmix. But i don't enough trust now to go next live event with this card.
