I hope that someone can help me. We have successfully used the ATEM mini with our Lenovo laptop running the software under Wn10 - and we can still do it withot any problems!
But due to the announcement of the end of support we have a new Lenovo laptop with Win11 and the sound does not work any longer. Win11 seems to extract "voice only" from the incoming sound of the ATEM mini and I have not found any possibility to switch that off.
With the integrated microphone of the laptop there is a possibility for "voice enhancement" which can be switched on and off (it is off) but such a switch does not exist when I use the "microphone" of the blackmagic ATEM mini connected via USB.
Does anybody have an idea? Jay from blackmagic support could not help me and I cannot believe that it does not work. So there must be a solution and I guess I am the problem in front of the PC because I do not have the required knowledge about Win11 (normally I use only Linux systems).
