yesterday i wanted to connect and control via my ATEM Camera Control Panel my 3 camera studio 6k pro 'connect to CMD studio converter) on my constellation 8k but impossible?

is it normal?

That wiring should work. Are you getting tallies on the cameras? Also check the right camera ID's have been set on the cameras.

i receive video on the CCU
but no control on it
no "onair" on "preview" on the CCU
only the video signal and return on the camera
i cant control the camera

In order to reduce hypothesis you may first connect camera through SDI to test cam ID and CCU...

Yes, you need to set the camera ID to match the input they are connected to on the Atem.

On the HDMI Atem Mini's the HDMI cable only carries the return data for that camera, so you don't need to tell it where it is connected. On the SDI Atem's, the SDI signal contains the data for all cameras, so you need to tell the camera which data it needs to listen to. This has the advantage that you don't need to use up a Atem SDI output for each camera, you can just put in a distribution amplifier from a single output.

your drawing shows a constellation 8K and above you spoke above atem iso...

Try to connect directly your camera to constellation using SDI. Check with software if it's general output for camera return and if you can control cam with tally (good camera ID). If so, go ahead and connect your CCU (same network). Configure bank for adressing camera.

Yes, this definitely works with the Constellation 8K, Studio Converter and Studio Camera 6K, when wired and configured correctly. I have done this multiple times.

Can you confirm you have followed the instructions on page 371 of the user manual - available from the website here - to set the camera ID in the camera?

And do you have the return video at the camera end by pressing the PGM button next to the screen?
