Smart Control Panel won't stay connected to ATEM 4 M/E

Trying to connect a Smart Control panel (older style) to a ATEM 4 M/E Constellation HD to use as a router panel. The panel will connect when I first turn everything on, then after a few minutes, it disconnects, and I’m not able to get the panel to connect back to the ATEM.

I’m using the latest Videohub software version 10.1 and ATEM Software Control version 9.7

I had everything working a few days ago, the panel connected, it ran just fine for about 6 hours, stayed connected, then yesterday and today (production days) it decided to not work after about 5 minutes of being connected.

Any ideas?
