i have the web presenter HD, everything is working fine even the HDMI monitor out, but i get no output from the SDI monitor out and from SDI LOOP OUT my input is good and i have signal on lcd mini screen . I use an SDI in that works fine with the SDI signal that i also feed into the web presenter.
Anyone has an idea what I could try?
