Hi there,
I am looking for a simple, low cost, self contained (no fiddling with OSC, Tally Arbiter etc) wired 1 channel red tally to put on top of a teleprompter because the prompter hood completely blocks the built in tally of the BMD Micro 4K G2 camera that is behind it. There is a Cat.6 cable from the network the switcher (ATEM TV Studio HD8 ISO) is in to the camera, and it could also have PoE; alternatively 230V and 12V is available at the camera. What's in the market here atm?
Alternatively: Is there a way to connect a tally light directly to the Micro 4K G2? Maybe over the USB port?
Or is there a box that can take the HDSDI return signal and extract the tally status from it?
