The USB-C stop working on Atem Extreme Mini

Help!

Neither PC, Mac software recognize the Atem Extreme Mini via USB-C (no the Atem Control, neither as webcam) the only way is connecting to the port B a USB-C to USB-A cable and then trying the factory reset without results, also tryed to downgrade or update via software but the process still failing.

The Atem doesn't recognize any USB-C SSD, I'm afraid that the USB ports are damaged but how can I be sure? I'm getting out of ideas, any help is appreciated.

I had an issue with the USB port on my Atem Mini Extreme ISO. I thought it was broken, but it wasn’t. I swapped out USB-C cable, one after another. The gold end cable that came with my Elgato Capture HD60S did the job. I also found that the Rode USB-C cable that they sell (SC18) worked fine with it. You can also try a Thunderbolt3 or 4 cable. Regular Amazon type USB-C cables let me down when it comes to the Atems. I hope this helps.

Tanks but is not the cable, I tried several of them. This issue starts after the last update.
