usb 3 drop frames

Hi,

I'm getting black frames every 30 seconds from ATEM1 usb3 out, using 1080i50 settings.


Is there a way to fix it?

What format are you capturing as? Are you doing uncompressed or compressed? Can the hard drive sustain the data rate required. You can run our disk speed test utility on the hard drive you are capturing to to test.
