ATEM Software Control Connection issue.

Need some help troubleshooting ATEM Software Control connection issue.

I tried both 8.6 and 8.6.1, and getting the same when I try the tether feature from my hot spot (Inseego MiFi 8000).

Whether I set for manual IP, or DHCP, I confirm that I can ping the IP of AMP (ATEM Mini Pro). It's on the same subnet, and I can confirm by going into the router.

Via IP I can connect to my AMP (ATEM Mini Pro) via ATEM Setup. It shows up in ATEM Connection both by name and by IP, but not able to connect.

When I ftp, I do get the reply Hello, FTP Black Magic Server.

Looking for more troubleshooting steps to figure this one out.

I'm a little lost. The switchers offer either Cat5 or USB physical connections to a machine running the Control Software. I don't see where hot spots come into play.

Starting with update 8.6, I can tether to a hotspot using USB. I have my computer on the same subnet as the hotspot and ATEM, but can't make a connection from ATEM Software Control via IP. I laid my steps for troublehshooting.

Ever since I downloaded 8.6.1 I have no way of connecting to the control software by USB & this happens on two separate computers they will only connect by ethernet cable through the router.
