What is the ATEM default chromakey color?

PostThu Jul 15, 2021 8:10 pm

Does anyone know the RGB values for the default ATEM chromakey green? I know I can use any color and sample it, but that's an extra step that want to avoid having to document and teach to our volunteer video team. I'd like to set the default color as the background of all the PowerPoint slides we use for chromakeying so it just works on startup.

Thanks.

As an alternative, does anyone know if it's possible to make a sampled chromakey persistent, so it doesn't have to be sampled again on each startup?

Thank you for the pointer to the Save Startup State function. It wasn't clear to me that this would apply to the chromakey color. It turns out that it does most of the job, but not all of it.

Does anyone know why saving the startup state won't set the K1CHR key on at startup? I save it with K1CHR on and K1LUM off but it always starts up with K1CHR off and K1LUM on. I never use K1LUM.

Thanks in advance.

So you took the time to look up the page number but weren't kind enough to post the value. They update the manual often and your page number is incorrect. I can't find it in the current manual. I think the ATM takes a sample and finds it. The industry standard for green is:

Green Screen as RGB Color Value: 0, 177, 64
Green Screen as CMYK Color Value: 81, 0, 92, 0
Green Screen as Hex Color Value: #00b140
Green Screen as Websafe Color Value: #009933
