DECKLINK DUO 2 WITH VMIX

Hello all i just instal onm a pc with vmix a Decklink Duo2 configure to have 4 inputs, but i just recive the audio when i put on vmix,not the video, when i put the pair of the inputs i get audio and a video but freeze,
