Question about the talkback function

PostWed Jun 22, 2022 5:33 am

Hello, I have a question.

Question about the talkback function between Television Studio Switcher 4k Pro and Studio Camera 4K Pro.

I connected a 5-pin headset to a 4K pro camera and an aviation headset to a switcher.
However, only the talkback voice from the switcher to the camera is heard.
Even if you speak with a microphone on a headset connected to the camera, the person in the switcher will not be able to hear you.

I've connected all the program return codes, and I can adjust the zoom from the switch.
But I don't know why I can't hear the camera talking when I'm using the talk back.

If I have to set it up, can you tell me where to do it?

There are settings to enable/disable individual cameras that you can adjust.

I already checked the Switzer talkback setting, and it was all allowed.
The headset volume was also turned on in the 4K Pro camera setting, and the microphone voice from the switcher to the camera talkback went off.

The camera microphone needs to be turned on at the camera. You can assign one of the function keys to do this in the camera settings. I hope this helps.
