VideoHub & ATEM Driver Issues

I've been trying to connect my VideoHub 40x40 and ATEM 2M/E Constellation to my PC via USB to configure settings and apply updates. However, neither software is picking up the gear and Device Manager is saying drivers are not installed.

Is this a Windows 11 problem?

Both software programs are of the latest updates as of August 2022.
I've not tried plugging in other BlackMagic video gear, but i'm assuming it'll do the same thing.

Updating drivers from Device manager does nothing and neither does uninstalling them.

Any ideas? It usually just works!

Hi, did you try to install the drivers manually by specifying the paths by yourself? Not sure if it’s the same like with windows 10 (I’m still on Win10).

DIsable Secure boot in BIOS ..

Have you installed the videohub and atem software from the BMD website?

On Windows 10 there are no issues.. Seems Win11 related
